Jermie has exceeded all expectations here at the training center and at his employment at Long Painting. He is a natural leader in the field, his can-do attitude has helped him to achieve all his certifications in year 2 of his apprenticeship, he also qualified for the STAR program award, he currently is working on getting his SSPC CAS certification’s as well as working to get his NACE training, he is a one of those painters that can easily switch back and forth between being an industrial or commercial painter showing his finesse at doing both. Jermie strives to learn everything he can and passes on what he has learned through training and experience.
